Nicole is Internationally Recognized as a Grand Master of Yoga through the World Yoga Federation, additionally, she has been teaching for 12 years and has more than 8800 hours of teaching experience and 1400+ hours of training in yoga & Ayurveda. She is an ERYT500, RCYT (Children's Yoga), RPYT (Prenatal Yoga), and YACEP through the Yoga Alliance. She is a certified meditation teacher, a member of the IAYTs, and an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist & Ayurvedic Practitioner.
She has mentored yoga instructors across the US, Canada & the UK. Broadening their knowledge of teaching and working with students.
Nicole Hayman-Sherman
- Completed her initial 300-hour certification in 2012.
- In January 2013, she became the Owner and President of Just Breath Yoga Studio, where she had been teaching since completing her certification.
- received her Children's Yoga Certification in May 2013,
- her Meditation Teacher Certification in April 2014,
- completing her 500 training and receiving her designation in February 2015,
- her Prenatal Yoga Certification in August 2015.
- She reached the E-RYT 500 level, which recognizes having taught 2500 hours of yoga in 2017.
- in 2022, she completed 300 hours of yoga therapy training
- And her Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training in December 2022.
- In 2024 she completed her first Ayurvedic Practitioner training
- She is enrolled in another Ayurvedic Practitioner/Yoga Therapist training that is sanctioned by the Ministry AYUSH in India.
